Leadership Training Success for Forum

Forum Packaging Ltd employees celebrate success in achieving their Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Principles.

The Leadership course organised through DC Training and Development Services Ltd, was held in the Summer of 2017, and was attended by ten employees from across the Conversion and Print Departments.

The course objective was to support learners who are either in a team leader role or are looking to progress into this type of job role.  The course allowed the learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of a team leading role and covered topics such as; team leading responsibilities, managing yourself and providing direction to your team, and communicating information and knowledge in the workplace.

Rob Massey, Director, presented certificates to Paul Houlson Davies, James Lunn, Steve Bark, Simon Jones, Richard Callahan, Adam Hanford, Ian Twentyman, Richard Pyper, Ryan Gabriel and Josh Tero.
